Sooooooooo, I looked at a few production companies and noticed the some of the big Film production companies hire a few other sub contracted companies that specialise in certain areas.
I did research on a film I liked which is "LEGEND 2015" and went on IMDB.
I looked at the full cast and crew and scrolled down to visual effects and noticed the department is in demand as it has lots of people working in the area.
I noticed on the majority of the casting crew that the staff/crew are sub contracted to the main production company which is Cross Creek Pictures.
The visual effects company is "Nvizible" based in London

One person that works for Nvisible is Tom Balogh
He has done a number of big films well known such as "Fantastic Beasts", "Legend" and
"Kick Ass 2"
It looks like he done lots of work with Nvisible between 2013 to 2016 with films ranging from "Kingsman 2014" to "Hercules 2014"
- Central St. Martins College of Art & Design,
- Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs,
- Christ's Hospital
Even though he has big roles in big films, he seems to keep himself quiet still as he doesn't have much on his Vimeo either but a lot of his credits and filmography is on IMDB.
I have now followed him on Vimeo and may message him to know more about him.
So far I know he is a teacher on the side which is good as I may learn a few things off him if I get in touch with him.
ACTION PLAN
In 3 years time, I would like to work for "Nvizible" as it is still in the UK based in London which isn't exactly far from home so I could still visit my family on the weekends.
At the moment I know I am not cut out to work for Nvizible but I know I have potential of getting there.
